Start with a place or street address, choose the area, then describe the digital twin and files you need.
Find looks up a U.S. street address. Census locations are calculated along a street address range; review the pin before selecting a parcel. Place buttons move to a featured location. Show all and Fit reset the visible area.
Drag to pan; pinch, use the mouse wheel or the +/− controls to zoom. On a keyboard, focus the map and use arrows or +/−. Explore opens or closes the tool panel without moving the map.
Find me asks for browser location permission, then starts a read-only public-source study: Florida parcels (where covered), USGS elevation and 3DEP, FEMA flood records, Census geography, plus aerial reference. GPS is approximate. Choose the correct public parcel before adding it to your request. Download the source report for citations and evidence gaps. This does not produce a measured 3D reconstruction without sufficient source geometry or field verification.
You can deny location permission and use an address or Study at map center instead. No report is submitted automatically.

Florida parcels load when zoomed in. Tap an official parcel to add or remove it, or choose it from the loaded parcel list. Start drawing lets you mark corners; Undo point removes the most recent point and Finish area closes the polygon. With a keyboard, pan the focused map with arrow keys, then use Add map center as a point. Clear selection removes the active boundary.
Drawn and parcel areas are separate alternatives and are never added together. Overlapping parcel boundaries require review before a combined area can be used. Map area is horizontal land coverage; it does not calculate multiple floors or hidden building surfaces.
Prepare request shows your complete scope for review. Save on this device stores the form and boundary in this browser. Restore draft replaces the current draft with that saved copy. Download request creates a JSON copy with your scope and selected boundary; Download boundary creates GeoJSON for GIS tools.
When online requests are enabled, Submit review request sends the prepared area, scope and contact details to GO3D. It requires your name and email. A receipt confirms only that the request was received for review; it is not a quote, work order or payment. If no receipt is confirmed, the draft is kept for retry.
Open email to GO3D opens your email app with a summary as an alternative. Attach the downloaded request to include the complete boundary. You decide whether to send. This page does not send email or take a payment. Source files need a separately authorized handoff.

Parcel maps and calculated areas support planning. They do not replace a land survey or establish property rights, access, measured floor area, LOD acceptance or a final fee. Data may be incomplete or out of date. Source identity and retrieval date travel with an exported request.
Use the theme control to switch light and dark appearance. Tab moves through controls; Enter or Space activates buttons; arrow keys change steps. Escape closes a dialog or stops drawing. Help remains separate from the actions it explains.
